Remote or less-accessible PIN codes may take longer. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees — external factors (courier load, weather, local restrictions) occasionally cause delays. If a delay affects your order, we'll proactively keep you informed.

2. Shipping charges & payments

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. mifoa is an all-prepaid store: UPI, cards, net banking and EMI via secure checkout. We do not offer Cash on Delivery. All prices include GST.

3. Order processing

Orders are processed on business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day. During sale periods or festivals, dispatch may take up to 48 hours.

4. Tracking

You receive a live tracking link by SMS and email at dispatch, and can track any time on our Track Order page. If tracking hasn't updated for more than 72 hours, write to us and we'll chase the courier for you.

5. Address accuracy & failed delivery

  • Please ensure your address and phone number are complete and correct at checkout — address changes are possible only before dispatch.
  • Our courier attempts delivery multiple times and will try to reach you by phone. If delivery fails because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or the order is refused or unclaimed, the shipment returns to us; we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, or refund the order net of courier charges actually incurred.
  • Deliveries are made to the address, not to a specific person; anyone accepting at the address is deemed authorised to receive.

6. Serviceability

We deliver to the vast majority of Indian PIN codes. If checkout accepts your PIN code, it is serviceable. We currently ship within India only.

7. Damage in transit

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, note it with the courier if possible and report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging — the process and remedies are in our Refund & Return Policy.
