In short

  • Prices are in INR, GST included; every order is prepaid, shipping free. No Cash on Delivery.
  • Delivery, returns and refunds follow our Shipping and Refund policies.
  • Use products as intended — flame products are adult-use only.
  • Concerns go to support first; unresolved ones to our Grievance Officer (48-hour acknowledgement, 30-day resolution).

By browsing mifoa.com or placing an order you agree to these Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Products, pricing & content

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The price you see is the price you pay — shipping is free.
  • We describe and photograph every object as accurately as we can. Minor colour variation from screens and lighting is normal and not a defect. Specifications and dimensions are stated on each product page — please review them before ordering.
  • Despite care, listing errors (price, stock, copy) can occur. We may correct errors and cancel affected orders at any time before dispatch, always with a full refund.
  • Volume savings shown on product pages are applied automatically in the cart. Offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated, may change or end without notice, and are subject to fair use.

2. Orders & payment

  • All orders are prepaid — UPI, cards, net banking or EMI via our secure checkout. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
  • Your order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, misuse, resale at scale, or error — always with a full refund of any amount paid.
  • We may set reasonable quantity limits per customer or order.
  • If a payment concern arises, please contact us before raising a bank dispute — genuine issues resolve faster with us directly, and we cooperate fully with lawful chargeback investigations.

3. Delivery, returns & cancellations

Dispatch in ~24 hours on business days; delivery typically 2–5 days from dispatch; 30-day returns with refund to source; free cancellation before dispatch. The full processes, conditions and exclusions are in the Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

4. Safe & intended use

  • Use every product only as intended and per included instructions. mifoa is not liable for damage arising from misuse, modification or neglect.
  • Flame products (such as refillable lighters) are for adult use only: keep away from children, fabrics and flammables; never leave a flame unattended; use appropriate fuel only.
  • Small objects can be choking hazards for children under 3 unless stated otherwise; light-and-sound toys are for use under adult supervision as indicated on the product page.
  • Rechargeable products should be charged with standard-rated USB adapters; stop using any product with visible battery damage.

5. Your account & acceptable use

  • Keep your account details accurate and credentials private; you're responsible for activity under your account.
  • Don't misuse the site: no unlawful activity, false claims, scraping, reverse engineering, interference with security or availability, or use of our content for training or republishing without permission.
  • We may suspend accounts or refuse service where these Terms are breached — honouring all statutory rights and refunding any undelivered paid orders.

6. Reviews & submissions

By submitting a review, photo or message for publication you confirm it is genuine and yours, and grant mifoa a non-exclusive right to display it (with your first name) on our store and materials. We publish only genuine reviews and may decline content that is unlawful, abusive or unrelated to the product.

7. Intellectual property

All content on mifoa.com — names, marks, copy, photography, video and design — belongs to mifoa / Mukshree Design Studio or its licensors, and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim connected to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Delivery timelines are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure) — though your payment is always protected, and undelivered orders are refunded.

10. Governing law & updates

These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Gurgaon, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable consumer forum rights. We may update these Terms from time to time — changes take effect when published on this page.
