In short

  • All orders are prepaid and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
  • India: free shipping. International: flat ₹2,500 shipping per order to the supported countries listed in our Shipping Policy.
  • International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges or local fees imposed by their destination country.
  • Estimated delivery after dispatch is 2–5 days within India and 10–15 days internationally.
  • Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.
  • Use products only as intended. Flame products are for adult use only.
  • Concerns should first be sent to support. Unresolved concerns may be escalated to our Grievance Officer.

By browsing mifoa.com, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Products, pricing & content

  • Product prices are displayed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices for Indian orders include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • International orders are additionally charged the shipping rate displayed at checkout. Import duties, destination-country taxes, customs charges and local fees are not included unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
  • If your card, wallet or bank account uses another currency, your payment provider may convert the INR amount and charge foreign-exchange or international transaction fees. Exchange rates and such fees are determined by your provider, not mifoa.
  • We describe and photograph every object as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor colour variation caused by screens, lighting or photography is normal and is not considered a defect. Please review the dimensions, materials, specifications and intended use stated on the product page before ordering.
  • Despite our care, listing errors involving price, stock, specifications or content may occasionally occur. We may correct an error and cancel an affected order before dispatch, in which case we will refund the full amount paid.
  • Volume savings shown on product pages are applied automatically in the cart. Offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated, may change or end without notice, and remain subject to reasonable quantity and fair-use limits.
  • Product availability and shipping eligibility may differ by destination because of carrier, customs, safety or legal restrictions. We may cancel and refund an item that cannot lawfully or safely be shipped to the selected destination.

2. Orders & payment

  • All orders are prepaid. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout and may include UPI, cards, net banking, EMI, international cards and Apple Pay, depending on the customer’s location, device, account and payment-provider eligibility.
  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order but does not by itself constitute acceptance. The order is accepted when we confirm dispatch.
  • We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch because of suspected fraud, payment failure, misuse, resale at scale, inventory unavailability, pricing or listing error, carrier restrictions or legal requirements. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items and any associated shipping charge.
  • We may apply reasonable quantity limits per customer, address, product or order.
  • You must provide accurate billing, contact and delivery information. Address changes are possible only before dispatch and cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
  • If a payment concern arises, please contact us so we can investigate promptly. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising any lawful rights available through your bank, payment provider or consumer-protection authority.

3. Shipping, customs & delivery

  • Shipping within India is free. International shipping is charged at a flat ₹2,500 per order to the supported destinations listed in our Shipping Policy.
  • Ready-to-ship orders are generally dispatched within approximately 24 business hours. Made-to-order, personalised or pre-order products follow the preparation timeline stated on their product page or order confirmation.
  • After dispatch, delivery is generally estimated at 2–5 days within India and 10–15 days internationally. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
  • International shipments are sent from India. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for all import duties, destination-country taxes, customs-clearance charges, brokerage fees and other local charges.
  • The recipient is responsible for complying with the destination country’s import requirements and for providing any identification or documents lawfully requested by customs or the carrier.
  • Customs inspection, incomplete documentation, weather, carrier disruption, local restrictions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may delay delivery.
  • If an international shipment is refused, left unclaimed, cannot clear customs because required charges or documents were not provided, or is returned because the address was incorrect, any refund will be handled under our Shipping and Refund Policies after the parcel is returned and inspected. Original shipping, return freight, duties and other costs actually incurred may be deducted to the extent permitted by law.

4. Returns, refunds & cancellations

  • Eligible products may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions, exclusions and approval process in our Refund & Return Policy.
  • Orders may be cancelled without charge before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the applicable return process.
  • Every return requires our approval before it is shipped. Unauthorised returns may be refused or delayed.
  • Responsibility for return shipping, international return arrangements, original shipping charges and customs-related costs is explained in our Refund & Return Policy.
  • Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within the period stated in the Refund & Return Policy with the requested photographs or other evidence.
  • Approved refunds are initiated in INR to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls conversion rates and processing times, so an international refund may differ from the original amount in the customer’s local currency. Payment-provider conversion charges or exchange-rate differences are not retained by mifoa.

5. Safe & intended use

  • Use every product only for its intended purpose and according to any instructions supplied with it. To the extent permitted by law, mifoa is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, improper storage or neglect.
  • Flame products, including refillable lighters, are for adult use only. Keep them away from children, fabrics and flammable materials; never leave a flame unattended; and use only the appropriate fuel.
  • Small objects may present a choking hazard for children under three unless expressly stated otherwise. Light-and-sound toys and similar products should be used with appropriate adult supervision.
  • Rechargeable products should be charged using suitable standard-rated adapters. Stop using a product if its battery, cable or casing shows visible damage.
  • Certain products may be restricted from international shipping because of battery, fuel, customs, carrier or destination-country rules. Checkout availability does not override applicable law or carrier restrictions.

6. Your account & acceptable use

  • You must keep your account and contact information accurate and keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to maintain reasonable security.
  • You must not misuse the site, including through unlawful activity, false claims, unauthorised scraping, reverse engineering, interference with security or availability, or unauthorised commercial republication of our content.
  • We may suspend an account or refuse service where these Terms are materially breached, while continuing to honour applicable statutory rights and refunding undelivered paid orders where required.

7. Reviews & submissions

By submitting a review, photograph, video or other content for publication, you confirm that it is genuine, lawful and yours to share. You grant mifoa a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display and reproduce it in connection with our store and marketing, together with your first name where appropriate. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringes another person’s rights or is unrelated to the product. We do not permit fabricated reviews or false representations of customer experience.

8. Intellectual property

All content on mifoa.com, including our names, marks, copy, photography, video, graphics and store design, belongs to mifoa, Mukshree Design Studio or the relevant licensors. It may not be copied, reproduced, republished or used commercially without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits such use.

9. Liability & consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and any mandatory consumer protections applicable in the customer’s country of residence.

Subject to those non-excludable rights and to the maximum extent permitted by law, mifoa is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or a product. Any limitation of liability applies only where lawful and does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs processing, extreme weather, government action, local restrictions or other force-majeure events. Where an order is ultimately lost or cannot be delivered for reasons not attributable to the recipient, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law and our published policies.

11. Governing law & updates

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurgaon, Haryana will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-forum rights or protections available to a customer under applicable law.

We may update these Terms when our services, fulfilment arrangements or legal obligations change. Changes take effect when published on this page and apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
