This website is operated by Mifoa. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mifoa. Mifoa offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

Mifoa is a brand owned and operated by Mukshree Design Studio, a registered sole proprietorship based in India. All operations, billing, and communications are managed under this legal entity.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products and services to you.

  • All refunds, returns, and cancellations are strictly subject to our Refund Policy. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or dislike of the product. Requests must be initiated via email at hello@mifoa.com only.

SECTION 4 – ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

  • We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected dealer, reseller, or distributor activity.

  • Once an order is confirmed/paid, cancellations by the customer are not permitted, except as explicitly allowed under our Refund Policy.

  • You agree to provide complete and accurate purchase information, including shipping details. Failure to do so may result in failed or delayed delivery, for which we are not liable.

SECTION 5 – USER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are solely responsible for providing accurate delivery details and being available to receive deliveries.

  • We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by inaccurate addresses, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept packages.

  • We may provide links or access to third-party tools. These are offered “as is” without warranties or endorsements.

  • Use of third-party tools or links is at your own risk and subject to their policies.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

SECTION 16 – GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms and any disputes shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, along with our policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding any prior agreements.
