Wooly is made for standard toilet and tissue rolls with a core around 4.2 cm and width up to about 11 cm. Jumbo commercial rolls are not the intended fit.
Yes. Wooly is freestanding, with four little legs and a steady base. Place him on a level floor, shelf or counter.
