Compatible devices only
Your phone needs to support wireless charging. Confirm compatibility before relying on it.
Centre the phone
Lay it flat with the charging coil roughly centred. Off-centre placement slows charging or stops it starting.
Mind the case
Thick, metal-backed or card-holder cases can block the coil. Remove the case if charging does not start.
Power in decides power out
A weak adapter or laptop port will charge slower than the manufacturer-stated figure.

Pour out remaining water before moving or storing the unit, and wipe the base dry.

Will JetDock cool a room?
No. It moves air across your immediate desk area. It is not an air-conditioner replacement or a room cooler.
Which phones can charge on it?
Phones that support wireless charging. The manufacturer states up to 15W; actual speed depends on your device, adapter, case and placement.
Will it charge through a case?
Thin cases may work. Thick cases, metal backs, magnetic mounts and card holders can block the coil. Remove the case if charging does not start.
What is the mist for?
It adds a visible, atmospheric trail to the immediate desk area. JetDock is not a room humidifier or a medical device.
How do I move or store it safely?
Empty the water compartment, wipe the base dry and keep water away from the electrical section.
What arrives in the box?
